POSibolt caters for the functionality to track and process purchases from the Order level up until the stock is captured onto the system.

1. Navigate to Purchases > View Purchase orders.
2. Make use of the filters to tailor the list of Purchase Orders returned.
3. You can edit or Void purchase orders from here as well.

Purchase Order Requisitions and Requisition report #

The purchase order requisition functionality allows POSibolt users to create purchase order requests, this is used as an optional initial step toward creating purchase orders. The requisition functions exactly as a purchase order with the only difference being that a Purchase order is a confirmation to place the order whereas a requisition serves as an order inquiry.
