For Lay-Buy Set up, navigate to

 Administration → Lay-Buy Set Up

This is where you would set the rules for Lay-Buys

Select an Organisation from the drop-down list

Lay period. This can be a 30, 60, 90-day period

Minimum First Payment. Set a percentage for the first payment required.

Return Penalty. Set a percentage payable if the customer returns goods.
